Naufal Ammar Mahatvavirya X-2

 David Jacobs 21 june 1977 in Makassar, David Jacob was born. He is a Paralympic athlete from Indonesia who Play table tennis, he is the first Indonesian player who got bronze medal in paralympic london 2012. He defeated Jose Manuel Ruis Reyes from spanyol paralympics athlete. His honour in paralympics london : - Bronze medal in paralympics london 2012 - Bronze medal in paralympic Tokyo 2020 - Gold Medal in Asian paragames incheon 2014 - Gold Medal in Asian Paragames Jakarta 2018 - Gold Medal in Asian amaan championship 2015 - silver Medal in Asian Paragames Incheon 2014 However he is dissability on his right hand since he was born, so he play with his left hand. We respect for him because of his spirit to make Indonesia proud on world stage.  He was passed away because Dropped and unconscious from terminal after that he taken to the to hospital. He was declared to passed away on 28 April 2023.

     My name is Naufal Ammar Mahatvavirya but you also can call me Ammar I'm from X-2 , I love doing work out such as push up, pull up and others, at home sometimes I do my exercise in the morning or in the evening.      There is a lot of variation of push up and pull up. like reguler push up, wide push up, diamond push up, muscle up, etc.      I usually do my exercise with application called "home work out". I can choose which part of body I can train. so it is more in structure. My dialy exercise is five times a week and two days others is my rest day.      In exercise I learn about food and rest. Like what kind of food that have protein, vitamin, carbs, and etc. And rest is important to recovering our body after do exercise.      I don't really have an idols sport. But I enjoy doing sport because it has a lot of benefit for  metabolism, focus, power, make a good posture, and etc.
